Elizabeth Anne Carman Louise was born to a family with 3 brothers so her mom decided to give her a lot of names. 6 days prior, Anne Louise's Mother had passed away, so she felt that Libby was a gift and held her very close. Libby grew up rough-housing with her brothers, much a tomboy, in Chambly, Quebec, Canada. At 14yrs old, in 1975, the family moved to Edmonton, AB by train and started a new life. Libby finished school, moved out of the house at 18 yrs old and coasted along for a bit doing odd jobs in the health field. At 23, she met Donald James Anthony Tough, and in 42 days, they were engaged to be married, 7 months later she walked down the aisle. They have been happily married since then. Libby went back to school to become a Licensed Practical Nurse after her daughter and son had a chance to grow up a bit, she was 42. Loving that career, she continues to enjoy it as she follows in the footsteps of her Nana, who passed away just before her birth, who was an RN. Libby enjoys crafting, knitting, painting and being with her family and dog, Chewy.

Why don't you stop by the Project List (https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Projects to see how you can participate? Let me know if you need help with anything. We are glad to have you on board!
