Henrietta Jane Fulford was born 20 June 1828 to William Gibson Fulford, Harbour Master, and his second wife, Jane Curry Fulford, in Nassau, Bahamas.

Henrietta Jane Fulford married Charles Robert Perpall, son of John Perpall and Margaret Bell Perpall, 16 June 1847 at St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church, in the presence of Henry Adderley, Copeland Adderley, and Edward Alexander Fulford. The couple had children: William Alfred, Jane Maria, Margaret Ellen "Marnie", Henrietta Louise, Mary Ann, Georgina Frederica, Charles Robert, and Agnes Beatrice Perpall.

Henrietta Jane Perpall died 24 April 1912 at 84 years of age in Nassau, Bahamas.

Will proved 6 June 1912, Nassau, Bahamas. She appointed her son-in-law Henderson Ferguson Butler, Jr., husband of her daughter Agnes, as executor of her estate.
