Biography

Baldwin was the son and heir of Benjamin Fulford and Joanna Galpine.^[1] He was born 1 Oct 1775 and baptised 28 October 1775 at Dunsford.^[1]

He married Anna Maria Adams 26 Nov 1799 at Totnes.^[2][3] Together they had 15 Children.
