Elder Cyrus B. Fuller, a Baptist minister, was the son of John and Lucena Crosby Fuller. He married Clarinda Stratton, daughter of Jonathan and Mary Silliman Stratton. The couple had at least two children, Sarah Maretta (m. Alvah Crosby) and Mary Lucena Stratton Fuller (m. Joseph "Jasper" Fuller).
