Biography

I was born March 2, 1961 about 5:34 PM. I was born in Gastonia, Gaston County, North Carolina. At about six months of age my family moved to Largo, Pinellas County Florida for work.

I graduated from Largo High School in 1979. I then enrolled in the University of South Florida in Tampa Florida. I graduated from there and was awarded a Bachelors of Electronics Engineering degree in Aug of 1986.

After looking for work for a year I enlisted in The United States Air Force June 23, 1987. After serving honorably for years I committed a crime. I was caught, charged, found guilty and on Jan 23, 2008 was sentenced to ten years in confinement. I was also given a dishonorable discharge. Because of my discharge I am not a veteran by law. I have returned to school and am again looking for work.

If I can expand my part of the family tree all the way back to a man named Adam and a woman named Eve and all of the way forward to include every living man, woman, and child on the planet I will be satisfied. I firmly believe there is only one family of mankind. We are all related. How light or dark our skin is or our cultural background should not be held against us. We are all people.

Totally Agree Thomas, but check out your Grandmother as well. I loved my Grandmother very much, both of them. After years I found out most of my DNA comes from her side of the family rather than my Fathers. Amazing where the branch of the tree will lead you. She was a Barker and what a store existed never told, until now.

Hi Thomas,

A warm welcome to WikiTree. You are now a full member and can add your family to the big tree!

Click here to start with our New Member How To Pages. They will save you time, energy and frustration as you add your family profiles.

Hope you enjoy WikiTree as much as I have. You never know when you will find a lost family member or ancestor. Or maybe find a hidden family secret about an ancestor. Genealogy to me is like being a detective looking for clues into the past.

Sometimes links don't work in emails. If that's happened to you, check the public comments on your profile as the links will work from there.

Please let me know if you have any questions. I'm always happy to help!
