He was born to the parents of of George Pargiter Fuller and Emily Georgina Jane Hicks-Beach.[1] He was born on the 21st of October 1864,[1] citing Birth Registration, Chippenham, Wiltshire, England.[2] And he was baptised on the 1st of Dec 1864, at Corsham, Wiltshire, England.[3] He obtained a Masters of Arts from Christ Church, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England. He married Norah Jacintha Phipps, daughter of Charles Nicholas Paul Phipps and Clare Emily Hervey-Bathurst, on the 5th of July 1898.[1] They were married at Westbury, Wiltshire, England.[4] He passed away on the 4th of September 1915, at the age of 50,[1] citing Death, Bradford On Avon, Wiltshire, England.[5][6][7]
