I am Donna Cator, wife of Patrick Cator. I started delving into family history at age 25 by going solely the library route! Now my husband and I have ventured into the internet world of genealogy with much success. We gather and share our family heritage with 3 sons, 8 grandchildren, and our larger family of uncles, aunts, and cousins. My husband is retired Navy (Master Chief, Communications). I am a retired Human Resources Manager of a global company. At age 45 I completed my college education, was named in Who's Who of America's College and University Students, followed by being named in Who's Who of American Women. Recently I learned my name is included in the Silver Anniversary Edition of Who's Who of American Women. Nice. Also, I am pleased to have been certified in my profession as an SPHR, Senior Professional Human Resources. My interests include my writing, my home, my family and friends, cats, dogs, gardening, and genealogy (needless to say!). I have a proven line to John Alden through the Mayflower Society.

Thanks for taking responsibility for Orphaned Profiles. This is a courtesy email to share the After Adopting Orphans FAQ which explains the special attention adopted profiles will sometimes need from their profile managers. One quick way to find the profiles you adopted is by searching your Contributions List for the word "adopted" and "manager." You can find a quick link to your Contributions List in the My WikiTree dropdown menu.
If you will be working on any profiles that need GEDCOM cleanup, the AGC tool can help with formatting so that you can concentrate on the research. You can read more about it in the WikiTree AGC FAQ.

You have been so very helpful in my endeavors to find my family! Thank you so very much! I just found out that my grandma ( Geraldine ) was not adopted! I honestly don’t know where and when I heard that. I do however have a copy of her birth certificate and it has Nina as her mother. And Andrew Jackson Garner as her father.however her moms name says the best I can’t tell ( Nina Alberta Bennett ) says she was 20 years old when my grandma was born and Andrew was 24. And it say 3 children where born at the time my grandma (Geraldine) was born and they were still alive. That was in April 24 1927 birth date and given name was Geraldine Elizabeth Garner! Maybe this is some what helpful! I have only one old picture of my grandma ( Geraldine) 24 hours before she met and married my grandfather ( Lloyd Hershel Cantrell) I am not sure how to send you the picture unless it’s through my email! I will send it to you and maybe you can post it and maybe someone might recognize it! Always grateful Noa Awhatenajohne Cantrell
