Biography

Philemon was born June 10, 1808. He is the son of Ashbel Fuller and Loraine Millard.^[1]

Philemon was about 2 when his father included him in the count for the 1810 United States Census.^[2]

Philemon was married twice: first to Jane Wright and then to Sally L. Wright.^[1]

Both were born in New York . He moved to Ohio.

While searching the US Federal Census, The earliest record discovered to date for Philemon was his residency as Head of Household in Cuyahoga county, Ohio. He was a farmer age 42. His household included: his first wife, Jane 39 and daughter, Philomela 19.^[3]
