Thomas Fuller was born in Suffolk, England.
Thomas was baptised in 1747 at Wattisfield, Suffolk, England. He was the son of Robert Fuller and Elizabeth Freeman.[1]

Thomas married Sarah Clover in 1772 at Wattisfield.[2] They had one son, Robert, who was baptised in 1776.

Thomas died at the age of 37 and was buried in Wattisfield in 1786.[3]
