James Fuller migrated from New York to Michigan.

James was born on 5 December 1848[1] in Cattaraugus County, New York. He was the third child of Benjamin Fuller and Eliza Ann Johnson. His older siblings were Joseph and Frances.[2] His mother passed away around the time of his second birthday.[3]

His father soon married again, to an Irish woman named Anna Clark, and he had three more children with her, George, Eliza Ann, and Etta Jane.[4][5] By age 10, James had moved with his family to Van Buren Township, Wayne County, Michigan.[4] By age 20, they had moved southwest over the Washtenaw County line into Augusta Township.[5]

James married Mary Ann Cady on 3 October 1871, in Augusta, Michigan.[6] They had four children, William, Katherine, Charles, and Franklin.[7] James was 78 years old when passed away on 25 August 1927 in Ypsilanti, Michigan.[1]

James was born in 1849. He passed away in 1927.
