Biography

LuLu Fulmer was born on 15 Nov 1905 in Colman, South Dakota, daughter of Gale Urso Fulmer (1879 - 1951) and Clara Emiline (Delong) Fulmer (1879 - ).^[1]

Her brother was Lyle Fulmer (1904 - 1978).^[1]

LuLu married Frank Philo French (1903 - 1957) who opened their home to her brother who appeared on the 1940 U.S. Federal census.^[2]

LuLu died on 9 Nov 1991 in Sioux Falls aged 85 and was buried in Colman Cemetery, Colman, Moody County, South Dakota.^[1]
