Please drop off items for the gift basket to Patriot Federal Bank, 210 N. Comrie Ave, Johnstown, the price chopper plaza. The bank is open from 8:30 to 5:00 on Friday and from 9-12:00 on Saturday. Call me if you have any questions 332-9461 ~Evan

To reiterate what we planned to do at the meeting: I am writing a press release, we are asking Jamie and Greg to participate in that item on the 12th when we present them with a kissing ball or a turkey. That story is for release on the 16th. The website will be available on that date as a portal for people to visit for more information or to help out. We'll use the post game info from that story to begin or January discussion about marketing. As of now we all have an assignment, if you do not, or accomplish yours quickly, I will be placing a draft up in a few days for you to pick apart and beef up. Any ideas to help these goals, put em up. Talk to you all soon.

Hi everyone. I apologize ahead of time. I haven't had the opportunity to look any of the material over yet. I will. So for now, whatever I can do to help, lend a hand, wherever an extra individual or set of hands is needed, please feel free to contact me at [email address removed] and thank you in advance.

Sincerely, Mike M.

Glad to see so many have made it here. For those of you just joining us we are only getting started. I like Jamie's point made the 25th of November for a planned giving portion of the Marketing Plan. Lets see what that might look like. If anyone has any ideas about how that might look please let me know. I want to draft something. As to the goals and needs of the group as I said in my marketing draft I think that driving people to donate and volunteer is a given for a non-profit. I'd like a clearer definition of what success would look like in those arenas. Maybe some of you who have been in the org a while can let me know what the 08 09 numbers looked liked so we can build a realistic model for 2010. I'll see everyone tomorrow for the website meeting. Goodbye for now. exactly 800

Hi there. I finally had a minute to fool around with this. I think this is a great idea & I'm sure I'll learn to navigate the site better with time. I'll keep checking in.

Great idea. Can you slap together a draft and e-mail it to me? I'll put it up on the site for discussion.

My personal favorites are:

I think the scavenger hunt sounds like a blast! We should also put on the list a Planned Giving marketing program. Our next project will significantly deplete our cash reserves and we need to make sure we have a plan to replenish them.

Thanks Jamie. Of course e-mailing is great too, but this forum allows a more open conversation.
