DNA Tested
Lori G's DNA has been tested for genealogical purposes. It may be possible to confirm family relationships by comparing test results with Lori or other carriers of her ancestors' mitochondrial DNA. It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share DNA with Lori:

Hi Lori,

Congratulations on being Pre-1700 certified.

Because pre-1700 ancestors are shared by many decendants, coordination is essential. Thanks for joining the DNA Project.

Hallo Lori,

i didn't send emails, just placed information in the "Comment" section of certain profiles. I added the findagrave links in the "Comment" space of certain of my cousin's paternal ancestral profiles so that you, the manager - if you wanted to - might add them to the biography section. These particular findagrave memorials have very nice photographs of the gravestones of those ancestors. I did not want to add the links myself to the Biography section, that is why i posted them in the Comment section, for you and any one else interested in that profile, to look at. I did leave a different kind of comment at Lydia Baughman's profile Her name is unfortunately spelt Baughman bonham. I was looking for Lydia Baughman and later realised why i could not find her. If you would change her maiden name to just Baughman then everyone could find her under that name: if you wanted to add Bonham as an alternative surname under Other Last Names, people could find her under that name too. But under the name Baughman bonham nobody can find her under either name. Just a suggestion. :) Regards, Albertus

Hi!

How's everything going? You might be finding duplicate profiles now. We have a Help Page to help you learn what to do with them. Be sure to check for your pending merges by going to FIND, PENDING MERGES, and sort for those waiting on you. Upon completing a merge, be sure to clean up/edit the Biography as ALL information from both profiles are copied and remove any duplicate info.

If you want updates on surnames you can add them by going to MY WIKITREE, NAV HOME PAGE, scroll down to just below WIKI GENEALOGY FEED to EDIT FOLLOWED SURNAMES. You can add up to 20.

Lastly, sometimes you'll run into unresponsive profile managers. We have a process for resolving those situations.

Hi Lori! We are so glad you joined us!

You asked about your DNA info. I think it is not showing because you need to change your privacy level to the pale yellow setting. Your family tree and the family tree on your direct ancestors has to be showing for the connections to be made. So pale yellow privacy setting will probably fix it. You may need to remove information that you do not want to share on individual profiles. Please make sure that all living children are Unlisted/most private setting.

I will add you to the DNA Project so you have the little DNA Project badge. http://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Project:DNA

Hi Lori,

Thank you for joining WikiTree. As a WikiTree Mentor I am available to answer any questions or help solve any issues you may be having.

How To Use WikiTree is a good starting point and the Help Index is an important place to find out how to do most tasks.

Do you have Royal Ancestors? They are already here on Wikitree! Rather than create duplicate profiles for them, please contact the EuroAristo Project to discuss connecting your family line to their profiles.

Feel free to ask me via my profile page if you have any questions.

Hi! I see where you have uploaded your DNA for comparison. Did you know we have a project for DNA where a lot of great new things are happening? If you are interested and would like to check it out, go to the FIND link top right of your profile page, select PROJECTS from the drop down box, and then select the link for the DNA project. It has information listed that might be of interest to you, and feel free to contact any of the members if you would like additional details.
