Phillip Gabbard son of William Gabbard and Mary Gabbard was born about April 1861.[1] He married Malinda Lovely before 1890 in Kentucky. He died 16 November 1938 at Lexington, Fayette, Kentucky and is buried at Eastern State Hospital Cemetery, Lexington, Fayette, Kentucky.[2][3]
