Biography

On 7 Aug 1820, Albert Gabrian is seen living in Navy Orleans, Vermont, living alone and engaged in agriculture.[1]

Also in 1820 he is one of many named "men" mentioned in the Gazetteer and business directory of Lamoille and Orleans as having "appeared" in town records in 1820.[2]

Albert Gabrion and Joanna Thompson married on 17 Mar 1822.[3]

Research Notes

Wife's Name: Discrecpancy Felch vs Thompson

the Vermon Vital Records shows her name at time of marriage was Thompson, not Felch. This needs to be clarified. If a previous marriage took place, it needs to be addressed.Possible New Source to consider if he married more than once:

You might want to check (This is for Canada, not France) ... but anything is possible with close proximity of Vermont and Canada

Ontario Canada, Roman Catholic Baptisms, Marriages, and Burials, 1760-1923
Marriage of Albert Gabrion
Father Joseph Gabrion, mother Marie Therese Feradite
Brode Lizabeth Lanpoiste
Marriage date: 23 Févr 1813

I thought I saw two additional middle names but not showing now. May be a red herring. Put here just in case there is any relevance.

I don't do gedcom clean-up... so the info below is up to you to handle. Hope the above gives you new avenues for more info.

Below was auto-generated by a GEDCOM import.[4] It's a rough draft and needs to be edited.
