Moses was born in Rowley in 1705[1]. His father moved the family to Mendon in 1723, and this is where Moses married and settled.
He married Sarah Nelson in 1731 in Mendon[2][3]. It is not known whether Sarah and Moses knew each other in Rowley, but both their families became established in Mendon a number of years before their eventual marriage.
Moses and Sarah had three children to our knowledge, as follows:
Moses passed away in 1774 at the age of 69. He was buried in Vernon Grove Cemetery in Milford, Worcester County, Massachusetts, USA.[4]. His wife survived him by almost 17 years.
