Biography
Graveside Services for Shana Gage Hart, 42, of Corrigan, Texas will be held at the Holhausen-Darby cemetery in Moscow, Texas.
Shana went home to be with Jesus on Monday, November 28, 2016.
She was born on September 16, 1974 in Beaumont, Texas to James Gage and Susan Smelley Hubbard.
She graduated from Corrigan-Camden High School in 1993 and was an active member in the band. During her lifetime, she made lots of friends.
Shana was of the Baptist faith and a member of First Baptist Church in Corrigan. She enjoyed cooking, dancing and spending time with her family. She loved life and loved God and his teaching. The love of her life was her son, Lance.
She is preceded in death by her father, James Gage; maternal grandparents, Wyman and Vera Smelley; paternal grandparents, Leon and Dorothy Gage; nephew, Marshall Hubbard; brother, Jason Hubbard.
Shana leaves behind her loving family, beloved son: Lance Boyd Leisy; daughters, Sara and Rachel Leisy; mother and dad, Susan and Hal Hubbard; sisters, Vanessa Gage and Jeremy Kraus; Julie Bailey and husband Philip; brother, Hal Hubbard, Jr. and wife Janie; nieces, Jessica Osborne and husband Tyler; Jacy Hubbard and fiancé Lawrence Scarborough; Britney Cotton; nephews, Matt Hubbard and wife Lauren; Jacob Cotton; great nieces, Ellie Osborne and Hadilyn Hubbard; great nephew, Jacen Scarborough; second mom/special aunt Shirley Smelley; best friend, Melanie Wolff and husband Bryan; special friend, Lakesha Young of Forever Young Assisted Living and numerous cousins and other family members whom will miss her dearly.
