Biography

Paul was born on 13 September, 1812. He is the son of Joseph Gagnier and Angélique Pitre. Paul was Baptised on the same day in the Parish of Saint-Joachim-de-Châteauguay. The Godparents were Paul Gangier and Mane Pitre. [1]


Paul, a Farmer, married Henriette Despointes, a minor, in Sainte-Martine Parish, on 8 October, 1838. [2]
