Biography

Marie Marthe, daughter of Prisque Gagnon and Catherine Guyon, was born 9 Oct 1741 and baptized the same day in the parish of La Visitation-de-Notre-Dame, Château Richer, Canada, Nouvelle-France. [1]

Jean Baptiste Bureau, son of Jean Baptiste Bureau and Madeleine Cochon, and Marie Marthe Gagnon, daughter of Prisque Gagnon and the late Catherine Dion, were married 11 Feb 1765 in the parish of Notre-Dame-de-l'Annonciation, L'Ancienne-Lorette, Province de Québec. [2]

Marthe Gagnon, wife of Jean Baptiste Bureau and of the age of nineteen years, died 16 Apr 1765 and was buried 17 Apr 1765 in the parish of Notre-Dame-de-l'Annonciation, L'Ancienne-Lorette, Province de Québec. [3]
