Marguerite Gaignon (1645 - 1705)

Père et mère: Elle est la fille de Jean Gaignon et de Marguerite Cauchon. [1][2]

Naissance: Elle naît et est baptisée le 12 février 1645 à la paroisse Notre-Dame de Québec, Index, [3] en présence de Guillaume Cauchon (Tanguay) et confirmée le 2 février 1660 à Château-Richer.

Mariage: Le contrat de mariage de Marguerite Gagnon et Jean-Baptiste Caron est signé le 21 août 1661 par devant le notaire Claude Auber. Le 16 novembre 1661, à la paroisse La-Visitation-de-Notre-Dame, Château-Richer, Canada, Marguerite Gagnon âgée de 16 ans épouse Jean-Baptiste Caron âgé de 20 ans , fils de Robert Caron et de Marie Crevet. [4][5]

Her LNAB should be corrected to reflect her baptismal record: GAIGNON.

Gagnon-2253 and Gagnon-14 appear to represent the same person because: same woman, incorrectly set in prior century

yes, the baptism does say Gaignon, baptized 12 Feb 1645 in Québec (Notre-Dame) Drouin Institute baptism image (membership required)
