Biography

Francis Gain was born on April 25, 1856 in Arnolds Creek, Virginia. She was the daughter of Adam James Gain (1814–1884) and Susannah Agnes Fleming Gain (1814–1883).

She married Jacob S Netzer (1838–1925) on 13 Jun 1878 in Doddridge, West Virginia The couple had at least two children Harriet Alice Netzer (1881–1900) and Florence Susan Netzer (1883–1981).

Francis Gain Netzer died in 1886 (aged 29–30).
