My 5th great grandmother, Louvisa Viney 'Linca' Gaither, was born c.1817 in Georgia. She married Peter Washington Cotton (1814-aft.1880) on March 26, 1833, in Walton, Georgia;[1] they had at least seven children:
Peter remarried to Mrs. Martha Caroline (Cardin) Reddern (c.1820-) on August 11, 1853 in Talladega County, Alabama; Viney is presumed deceased.[3]
