Susannah Gaither Susana Gather, daughter of John Gather and Ruth, born 22 July 1697 and baptized July 1698. All Hallows Parish, Anne Arundel County. [12] Also Susan) b. 22 July 1697[6] She died young [13]
Francis Hardesty, born 27 Feb 1707/08, All Hallows Parish, Anne Arundel County, Maryland died before 1744 in Prince George's County, Maryland [14] He married Alice Brown, daughter of Mark & Susannah (Ijams) Brown.[13]
A Ruth Gaither married in 1695 in Anne Arundel Co, MD (1) John Warfield, b. Abington, Anne Arundel Co, Marylan d 1674.
This is probably not Ruth, widow of John Gaither, who was still living at the time. This is contradicted in "The Founders of Anne Arundel and Howard Counties, Maryland, p 108.[15]

Benjamin Warfield, born at Annapolis, Anne Arundel Co, abt 1702. He married abt Oct 1731 at Warfield's Range, Howard District. He died abt 1769. He married Rebecca Ridgely.[18]Benjamin Warfield, of Warfield’s Range, son of Ruth Gaither and her husband John Warfield, married Rebecca, the daughter of Judge Nicholas and Sarah (Worthington) Ridgely.[21]
Alexander Warfield, b. 1704 Anne Arundel, married 3 Feb 1742 at Annapolis to Thomasine Worthington.[18]
Elisha Warfield, fourth son of Benjamin Warfield, a member of the Committee of Observation of Anne Arundel County, Md. During the Revolutionary War, removed to Kentucky in 1790, and settled at Sugar Grove near Lexington. He married sedond, Ruth, the daughter of Captain Joseph and Elizabeth (Dorsey) Burgess; issue, fourteen children. Nancy Dorsey, the thirteenth child, married Dr. Samuel Theobald.[21]
