Biography

She was born Mabel Ione Galbreath, on April 25, 1923 in Vernal, Utah.

She married Elmer Simpson Sams on November 28, 1940, in Pasco, Franklin County, Washington. He preceded her in death on April 25, 1971.

She later married Warren H. Tanner.
