David was born on the 20 Nov 1833 in Whitechapel. He was baptised on the 1 Mar 1834 in St. Mary Whitechapel. [1]. He passed away on the 10 Mar 1905 in Bermondsey Infirmary. [2], and was buried on the 15 Mar 1905 in Nunhead Cemetery, London. [3]
He married Mary Butcher on the 19 Feb 1859 in St. Andrew Bethnal Green, London. [4] [5]
