James was born on the 14 Nov 1769 and baptized on the 16 Nov in the Low Church, Paisley, Renfrewshire, Scotland. [1]. He was the son of Thomas Galbreath and Marian McBeth.
He was buried on the 7 May 1800 in Bunhill Fields Cemetery, London. [2] The burial register noting that he was of Islington aged 31 years and he was buried in the same plot as his father Thomas.
He was named as a beneficiary in the will of his father Thomas in 1799.
