Biography
Moïse Gallant was born on 3 Mar 1885 & baptized the same day in the parish of Saint-Augustin, South Rustico (PEI), with “Charles Gallant & Marie Gallant” as godparents. He was the fourth-born (& the 2nd of six sons) of the 13 children of Jacques Gallant & Gallant-242|Charlotte Gallant]].

Jane Dyment
Gallant-1605 and Gallant-243 appear to represent the same person because: date of birth is out by a couple of days but otherwise, same wife, children bap. with mother Philomene in same household as children with mother Phebe in 1891, and 1901 with overlapping dates, so not 2 wives.
