Thank you, Angeline for initiating the merge of Valentino and Valentine Embury. I merged the two profiles and will update the bio when I can get to it. I appreciate you finding this duplication of people.
Hi Angleline,

I just wanted to let you know that I am making some corrections to the profile of William Honey-371 and the connected profiles.

As part of the England Project I am trying to resolve some birth and death places that are missing in Cornwall, part of this month's challenge. In doing so I came across your Honey family. I was setting up to add information about the children of William and Elizabeth, specifically John and James. I did not find them or any of the children on the GRO with mother's maiden name, Bartlett. Further research the OPC and FreeBMD I can find no marriage for William Honey to Elizabeth Bartlett. I did find that several of the children on the GRO (I did not search them all) with mother's maiden name Langdon. Also in the 1871 census you have cited, mother-in-law to head of household is Elizabeth Langdon (80). Marriage for William Honey and Elizabeth Langdon found in Plymouth RD in 1845 on Free BMD.

In order to correct the error I think it best to remove Elizabeth Bartlett as the wife/mother and create Elizabeth Langdon. You already have parents for Elizabeth Bartlett, therefore I will leave her as is.

In the process I will create biographies and update the profiles for the Honey family.

Cheers

Hi Angeline

I am working on Unknowns in Cumberland, England, and I believe for reasons set out on the profile that the LNAB on your profile Unknown-512581 should be changed to Lancaster. If you are OK with that could you please make the change. Thanks

Hi Angeline,

Sorry about all the emails you've been receiving about the comments I'm leaving for you regarding profiles with Unknown surnames. I've been working to clear profiles from Category: Project, Unconnected Profiles as it is intended to only contain sub-categories for projects that work on Unconnected Profiles.

I've left you some messages about Last Name at Birth (LNAB)'s that need to be updated. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Hi Angeline, Could you please check with PMs of profiles before adding background images to profiles you don't manage? Because of a neurological disorder, I can't handle bright colors on the screen, which makes many background images difficult for me and makes editing those profiles nearly impossible. I just removed one you added to Margaretgen Van Orden which as far as I can tell has no significance to her. Thanks, Emma
Hi Angeline, Although the tulips photos are lovely, I've removed them from a few Canadian notables profiles recently. Where they would work well is on profiles of horticulturalists; for example, Richard Sullivan Fay who apparently imported the first tulips into the U.S. Thanks, Laurie, Canada Project

Hi, Angeline, we noticed that you added background images for a number of Acadians in the Allain family. The Acadians Project does not use any background images in project profiles. I've removed those that I found, and would appreciate that you not any other to profiles in the Acadian Project. Thank you, Cindy Bourque Cooper, co-leader, Acadians Project

Hello Angeline,

My morning WIKITree EMAIL listed a profile you had created for John Bateman (my 3rd great grandfather's name), and while I was not able to make any connection with him, I did find that you and I are distant cousins though 3 of your 4 grandparents so wanted to say hello.

Hi Again Angeline--

I sent you a check-in message two weeks ago about the Great War Project July check in (subproject of Military and War Project). The message asked you about your continued involvement, I have not yet heard back from you. Do you still want to be in the Great War project? If I do not hear from you by the same time next week, I will assume that you've moved on to other things. You are most welcome to re-join the project at any time.by answering the g2g posting Here.

Best wishes,

Hi Angeline, I'm wondering if Albert Holliday might be the same person as Albert Halliday? Please have a look and let me know if you think we should consider merging the two. Thank you!

Hi Angeline,

Thank you for adding your DNA Test information to your profile on WikiTree. Your information will be propagated to the profiles of your parents and your ancestors within about 24 hours of being added. It will also propagate to the profiles of the descendants of your ancestors, so they may see your information under the heading "DNA Connections" just as you can see theirs.

Getting started with DNA outlines how to proceed to use your DNA test information on WikiTree and DNA is a link to a collection of links about WikiTree's many features involving DNA.

The DNA Connections list on your profile will provide a visual way for you to find potential relatives on WikiTree who have also added their DNA test information. Using DNA tools at sites like GEDMatch.com, if you find a relative that matches your DNA sufficiently and you have genealogical sources for the intermediate relationships, you can mark the specific parental relationships back to the most recent ancestor that you both share as "confirmed with DNA." For details, guidance, and examples of how to properly document DNA confirmations, see DNA confirmation.

To find other potential relatives, continue adding sourced profiles for other lines until you can connect on all branches. The more branches you are able to add the greater the likelihood of finding potential cousins to match with. The process of identifying which branch elements of DNA relate to will better enable you to find matches that relate to the particular branches you are researching.

Have fun!

Please edit the name of Margaret Wark, remove Blank, her mother's surname was Bustead, or variously spelled as Bustard, or Bastead.

Mothers name is shown on the marriage certificate for Margaret Wark, and on the death certificate for Jane Wark, sister to Margaret.

Margaret's last name should have been originally entered as Wark as it is shown on her Marriage records, and on the birth records for her children

Hi. I do the page for religion and occupation stickers. I will get to your requests when I have some time. Sorry but I cannot accommodate your request for a satanist sticker.
No problem. I just came across a grave with that symbol and wasn't sure what to put on the profile. I understand as I am a Believer as well that you cannot do that sticker. I have left the profile without any stickers. Have a great weekend :)

Hi Angeline,

I haven’t heard back from you about the break up of the United Kingdom Project. I hope all is well with you. I assume you don’t wish to join any of the country-level projects at present, and will go ahead and remove the United Kingdom badge. If you wish to join England, Scotland, Wales or Ireland in the future, you would be most welcome to do so via the respective G2G sign-up post.

Many thanks for all your contributions,

Susie :-)

Hi Angeline,

We realise the time has come to dissolve the UK Project in favour of the individual country projects of England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland.

We are checking in with all UK badge holders to find out which country project(s) you would like to be in so you can collaborate with other members, have the opportunity to select which team(s) you would like to join, and so we can ensure you have all the correct badges.

Please respond by PM to let us know which country project(s) you would like to be in. Please don’t assume we know. We are effectively starting from scratch to make sure no one falls through the cracks.

Once you have done this, the Coordinator for Membership in the relevant country project(s) will be in touch to help get you situated.

Many thanks,

Susie

Hi Angeline

It has been a couple of weeks since we contacted you about your participation in the Acadia Project and as we haven't heard from you, we are following up to make sure you wish to remain a member.

We understand that interests shift as we grow our shared tree and that some members may have moved on to projects more pertinent to the branches they are currently building. If this is the case for you, please let us know.

If we do not hear back from you within the week, we will assume you have moved on to other things for the moment and remove you from the project. Please know that you will always be welcome to rejoin should your interests shift back in this direction.

Thank you so much for your participation; we genuinely appreciate it.
