Biography

Almost nothing is known about Jane (_______) Palfrey, wife of George Willis.

Torrey's New England marriages provides a clue: "WILLIS, George (1602-) & 2/wf? Jane(____) [PALFREY], wid; by 1637?; Cambridge ^[1]

Records from the first Church of Cambridge show that Jane had a son by Unknown Palfrey before her marriage to George about 1636 based on the birth of son Thomas in 1638^[2]

Jane certainly died before 1690, since George remarried before his death in 1690, when wife Sarah was named as wife in his will.^[3]
