Biography
Orpha Blanche Galliher was born in Eagle Township, Vinton County, Ohio, on March 3, 1892, the daughter of John Galliher and Mary E. McCreary.[1] She passed away in 1987.
She married her first husband, William L. Wine, on December 30, 1909, in Vinton County, Ohio.[2] After his death, she remarried to Aristus Wright Wine on April 23, 1921.[3]
