His brother and mother signed their intent to the surviving brother ...the balance never signed or sold their rights away. The property has been laying there in his care since 1862. According to the law he should account to those heirs every year of his rents and profits...next term of courts suit...to quit title to the place but all of the heirs will cross file against him...
