Roberta was born in 1911. She was the daughter of Edward Galloway and Minnie Churchwell. She passed away in 2007.

Mrs. Brown was a member of Richland Hills Baptist Church. She was a sales clerk for Monnigs, Stripling-Cox and The Fair department stores. She was a member of the Elks Lodge.
She was preceded in death by her husband, George W. Brown, on Sept. 1, 1989; three sisters; and one brother.
Survivors: Son, George E. Brown and wife, Lenita of North Richland Hills; grandson, George E. Brown Jr. and wife, Misty of North Richland Hills; granddaughter, Darla E. Brown of Corpus Christi; great-grandchildren, Macey and Brittney Brown of North Richland Hills; brother, Carl Galloway and wife, Dorothy of Houston; several nieces and nephews.
