Biography

1. dob estimated from the 1901 Census where she is listed as aged 60 years (Ref 4). 2. Ellen, Jane and Charles, found a home in later life in a peaceful retreat on the Gould estate near the pretty village of Athea, pleasantly overlooking the river Galey (Ref 2). 3. In 1911 Census she was still alive, aged 70 years; death cert gives her age in 1913 as 89 which is clearly wrong as her husband d. nine days later at age given as 69. 4. 1911 Census shows no children born and none living so we can say she was dsp.
