Biography

Frank was born in about 1866 in Massachusetts.^[1]

When Frank was about 19 he married Mary Maud Johnson after 1894. The couple had 2 children: Francis Bertram Galvery and Ludwig William Roessler. Marriage record has not been found in California records.^[2]

In the 1900 census Frank (age 26) was living in Township 3, Fresno, California.^[1]

In the 1910 census Frank (age 35) was living in Los Angeles Assembly District 71, Los Angeles, California.^[3]

In the 1930 census Frank (age 55) was living in Los Angeles, Los Angeles, California.^[4]

Frank died at the age of 77 on 15 July 1951 in Los Angeles, CA, USA.^[5]
