Biography
Virginia was born in 1923. She was adopted by Henry GAMBER and his wife, Josie May CUMMINGS. [1]
By 1930, Josie had passed away and Virginia was living with her adoptive father and future stepmother Bertha OAKS in Davenport, Iowa. [2]
In 1940 Virginia can be found living with her stepmother, still in Davenport. [3]
In 1942, she married Eugene CARROLL. [4]
Secondly, she married William CONGDON.
She passed away in 2011. [5] She was cremated and interred at Sunset Memorial Gardens [6]
