Edward Gandy was born in about 1804 in Northwich, Cheshire, England, [1] the son of Samuel Gandy and Ann. [2] He was baptised on 23 September 1804 in Witton cum Twambrooks, Cheshire. [2]
He married Elisabeth Lever in 1827 in Grappenhall, Cheshire. [3]
In 1841 Edward and Elizabeth were living on Church Street Warrington with 5 children. [4]
In 1851 they were living at Howley Quay, Warrington where Edward was a porter. There were 6 children living with them. [1]
Edward died in 1853 aged 49. His death was registered in Warrington. [5] He was buried on 8 December 1853 in Warrington. [6]
