Biography

Note that we discovered the birth record now ascribed to Robert Gt-289 in 2020 and it fits with Robert who went to Chatham and married Sarah Record. Previously we had thought that it was this Robert Gt-16 born 1789 who had gone to Chatham (and lied about his age). They are both sons of William and Mary. Gt-289 is the only child NOT born in Exeter. But his father was in the Army in a regiment based in Stoke Damerel (?). We now have this Robert Gt-16 born 1789 who must have died pre 1800 but we have no death record.
