Biography
William, the son of John and Harriet Garbart, was born in 1856 and died in 1936. A carpenter, he resided in Pittsburgh and married Margaret Spring.[1]
In 1900, he resided on Pittsburgh's North Side with his wife and two daughters, Edna and Mildred.
