Biography

Effie was born in 1874. She was the daughter of John Garber and Mary May. ^[1] Effie married George W. Scrimsher in Umatilla County, Oregon in 1901 where they are, in 1910, enumerated on the federal census. ^[2] She passed away in 1942. ^{[3] [4]}
