Biography
1910 Census Inez was with her family. The 1920 Census Inez was an inmate at a facility in Tiffin, Seneca Co Ohio and so was her younger Kenneth. Their father passed away around this time and I'm assuming the mother couldn't care for all the children and left the younger two at this facility. Occupation in 1941- X-ray tech.
