parents names given in marriage entry as Joseph Garcia and Francisca ??uera, possibly de Vera, witnesses Antonio deuera ( most likely de Vera), Don Gomez Guevara and widow of Don Juan de Guevara. It has been thought that Ana Gomez and Ana Garcia may have been two different people but when one looks at eg the baptismal entry of Francisco it gives the mother as Ana Gomez and compadre Antonio de Vera which matches with the parentage given for Ana Garcia and we also have a number of cases where Joseph Blazquez and Ana Gomez Garcia his wife have appeared as godparents. The evidence therefore points to this being one person
