Moving his wife over to the younger Gardenier-138. This Hendrik died young.

Darn it, that takes us from three wives down to no wives. I will see if I can make some adjustments.

Actually the remaining Maria Dinghan wife appears to be in the correct family group, but if she was wife of a Hendrick with the same parents, as indicated by Sally, but a Hendrick baptized 30 Oct 1709, then this current profile may be an earlier Hendrick infant brother who died young. It needs study.

I believe you have the Margarita Van Woerd with the wrong husband. I believe her husband was Hendrick Gardenier, baptized 11 March 1694 in Albany. Their first child Neeltie has as witnesses Claes and Rachel Gardenier (his brother and his brother's wife). I also believe Maria Dingham married Hendrick S. Gardner baptized 30 Oct 1709 in Albany. He was a brother to this man:

Baptism: 1730, Oct. 30. Henri, of Samuel Gardenier and Helena Bey. Wit.: Andries and Josina Gardenier. I believe this man died as a child. I have nothing on Maria Goeway but I note she is shown as the wife of the son shown here.

Gardinier-43 and Gardenier-58 appear to represent the same person because: This is evidently the same man. No tree conflicts. I would stick with the father's Garedenier name at birth, which is also supported by the bio note of Hendrick at marriage. Add Gardinier as an aka, which evidently became the children's and descendants name at some point. Thanks!

Your tree got broken on import, but I am guessing that this son of Samuel is the one Hendirck you were wanting to match to. If not, you can remove the match.
