He married 29 Aug 1734 Dorcas Watson (b. 25 Oct 1716; d. 1785), a daughter of John and Hannah (Champlin) Watson of South Kingston. In 1734 he was admitted as a freeman from North Kingston. In 1756/62/69 and 70 he was a Deputy and in 1776 was appointed one of the Safety Committee. Their children were:
    1. ) 647. John Gardiner was born 21 Oct 1735 and died in 1796. He married 3 June 1756 Elizabeth Champlin, a daughter of Jeffery of Exeter.

I hope you will find that John Gardner, reference GN 647 in the Gardiners of Narrangansett birth day was shown as 10/21/1735 in that book. If you agree, then I will add wife and family.
