Note that the Gardiners of Narrangansett page 15, ref 137d shows Joshua's parents as Joseph Gardiner b. ca. 1671 and Josephs reference is 27. It also shows marriage to Sarah Spink 9/15/1743.

Unfortunately Joshua is also shown with parents of Robert and Lydia Littlefield and married to 9/15/1743 to Sarah Spink and a possible 2nd marriage to Deliverance Reynolds.
