The last will and testament of Sarah (Aylesworth) Tanner, wife of Benjamin establishes their daughter Sarah Tanner was the wife of Gould Gardiner; and an analysis of the Rhode Island Vital Records affirms that she was born 27 March 1773. } She was born in 1767 (1776?) and died 12 January 1826. He died in 1843.

      1. ) Cornelia Gardner (2158), was born in 1802 and died 20 April 1869, unmarried.
