Biography
Constant was born in 1788. He was the son of Samuel Garnder and his first wife Alathea Oakman.[1]
He married Anna Wilder 25 May 1816.[2]
He resided in South Hingham at "Liberty Plain."[2]
Constant died 13 Apr 1850.[2]
