Biography
Joseph was born in 1820. He was the son of George Baumgardner and Mary Saddler. When Joseph B. Gardner was born in 1820 in Pulaski, Tennessee, his father, George, was 56 and his mother, Mary, was 42. He had four brothers and one sister. Currently unknown death information. Gave birth to first son Charles in MS, 1849.
Lived with son, James and daughter, Dollie during 1900 census in Hoyles, Pontotoc, Mississippi at age 80.
