Biography

Laura Augusta Gardner was born at East Machias, Maine, 14 Aug 1838, the daughter of James Albee Gardner and Almira Kilton; [1] died at Jonesport, Maine, 27 Mar 1909. [1] She married at Jonesboro, Maine, 5 Feb 1859, George Stillman Coffin, [1] sea captain at Jonesport, born at Addison, Maine, 28 Apr 1834, the son of Joshua Coffin and Frances Eliza Merritt; died at Jonesport, 30 Jul 1892. [1]
