Communication Preferences: I am interested in communicating private message with anyone who shares the same genealogical or historical interests. Here is my family tree. Ancestors ancestors

I have a maternal line, Sarah Jane Webb, that appears in Missouri in the mid-1800s. I'm working to understand how I'm related to the Webb/Breeden/Hurst families of Eastern TN through her. This is based on shared dna matches.

I'm also researching my Walker/Adair line which came through Oklahoma. I have some sketchy evidence that my Adair line may be from Kentucky.

I'd love to review and share information with anyone on those lines.

Hello Mr. Randall Gardner!

According to GEDmatch and Wikitree, we are distant cousins.

I recently started painting my DNA segments using DNA Painter and I’ve only painted about 8% of my chromosomal map.

I was wondering if you have happened to identify your inherited GARDNER or GARDINER segments. I believe we also match through John “The Surgeon” GREENE. Have you identified your GARDNER or GREENE segments?

I compared your GEDmatch Kit Number to mine. Do you think our matching segments link us to John Greene and George Gardiner?

Are you currently assigned to or working with one of our Cemetery Teams? If not, is there a particular Team or area you are interested in participating with? I remember seeing that I match your uncle and sister. I think I match all 3 of you on AncestryDNA. When I saw your profile here on WT a year or so ago had your GEDmatch kit #, I ran a one-to-one comparison because you’re related to John Martin Stidger. I’d long wondered if he was the same person as my 2nd great-grandfather John M. Stidger but couldn’t prove it as there were a few John Stidger men in the area at the same time. The comparison showed shared DNA and I’ve since discovered other matches related to that Stidger family and feel certain they were the same man—thanks to you for posting your kit # :).

I got the notification when I was added to your tree in FTDNA.

Your last message mentioned an email or message, but I haven’t received anything. If you want to collaborate or share info, my user ID on Ancestry is BAJordan76. :)

You’re welcome for the correction on Charles StCharles. Every so often, he gets confused to be a child of William Norman StCharles. Thanks for submitting the correction on Find-a-Grave.

I’ve seen the DNA connection we have and that I share it with other members of your family. It seems to come from the Stidger line. When I first got on WT a year or so ago, I tried to message you, but I think I did it incorrectly. Feel free to message me here or on Ancestry.com if you’d like to collaborate or share info. :)
