Biography
Statira was the daughter of Amos Garland and Elizabeth "Betsy" Parker. She was born in Topsham, Vermont on 4 February 1823.[1] On 10 January 1848, she married Abbott Russell in Lowell, Massachusetts.[2]Statira and Abbott had seven children. Statira passed away in Chelmsford, Massachusetts on 6 January 1895.[3]
